Headland Prepares for Daylily Festival |
|
 The 17th annual Daylily Festival will be held in Headland, AL on Saturday, June 7th, 2008. Opening ceremonies begin at 8:30 a.m. with daylily entries being brought to the City Hall Community Center for public judging and for the public to view the grower's daylily exhibits. Only amateurs and local daylily growers are invited to bring their favorite daylily to the City Hall for judging. The public is invited to go by there to judge their favorite daylily for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners. The daylilies will be judged by 11 a.m. and prizes awarded.
