Foundation Fitness Ribbon Cutting & Grand Opening Event...What a Workout!

It was a great day to have a dream come true for gym owner, Jay Jay Parker!  Headland Chamber of Commerce was excited and honored to be a part of her special day, Thursday, Aug. 5, which started with a Ribbon Cutting and Grand Opening.  Signs are displayed throughout her wonderful facility that illustrate Jay Jay's personal feelings on fitness & her desire to open her own gym.  "Never, Never Give Up"..."Dream Big"... are just a few that help to make this "going to the gym" experience one like no other!

Foundation Fitness, already over 400 members strong, is a super clean, friendly facility abound with state of the art equipment. Jay Jay offers heart pumping activities for all ages and attitudes...Zumba anyone? This space is also equally relaxing with classes such as yoga taught weekly.  If a personal trainer is something you desire, Jay Jay and her trained staff can help you with that as well.
