Harvest Day
Headland Harvest Day began over five decades ago as a small community gathering featuring a domino competition, bike races, an art show, and performances by local talent. While the event has grown significantly since its beginning, it remains true to its roots by celebrating the spirit and traditions of our community.
Explore our vibrant square filled with unique arts and crafts from local artisans. This is the perfect opportunity to find one-of-a-kind gifts, home decor, and handmade treasures that showcase the creativity of our community.
Indulge in all your favorite fair foods, from funnel cakes and corn dogs to cotton candy and kettle corn. With a wide array of delicious treats, you’re sure to satisfy your cravings and discover new favorites.
Street Dance
The Street Dance, a cherished tradition of Headland Harvest Day that made its triumphant return four years ago, is an evening event that transforms the downtown square into a lively celebration. As the sun sets, the square comes alive with the sounds of live music, courtesy of this year's featured band, K Jams, a local favorite known for their electrifying performances of rock and classic hits. The atmosphere is electric, with people of all ages dancing and enjoying the music under the stars. For those seeking a more exclusive experience, the VIP section offers a private dance floor and high-top tables, providing an elevated view of the festivities, and reserved parking. The Street Dance is a highlight of the Harvest Day, bringing the community together for a night of fun, music, and dancing in the heart of downtown.
