Little Miss Headland

Little Miss Headland 1979-80 – Lisa DeShazo won the title on the 20 anniversary of the pageant. She is the daughter of Mickey & Mary DeShazo (Headland) and the granddaughter of the late Horace DeShazo & the late Lois DeShazo (Headland) and the late Clyde Love & Mrs. Sara Love (Cottonwood). Lisa graduated from Headland High School in 1990 where she was Valedictorian and from Auburn University. She married Tracy Scott of Abbeville in 1995, so they have been married 23 years and live in Headland. They have two sons, Will (age 16) and Trey (age 12). Will runs track and Trey plays baseball at school and both run cross country. Lisa is a Certified Public Accountant and works seasonally with Carr, Riggs and Ingram, LLC in Enterprise, Alabama. She teaches Sunday School and plays the organ. Her family enjoys swimming and playing sports.

Trivia: Lisa's Aunt, Wanda Armstrong DeShazo was Miss Headland 1965. Her cousin, Tammy DeShazo was Miss Headland 1989 and her cousin, Wendy DeShazo was 1st runner up to both Little Miss Headland 1978 and Miss Headland 1988.
