1987-88 Little Miss Headland – Angela Joy Outlaw placed in the Top 15 in the Little Miss National Peanut Festival Pageant. Angela is the daughter of Rodney Outlaw (Ozark) and Brenda Parker (Dothan) and the granddaughter of Rudolph & Louise Outlaw (Echo) and the late Stough & Bobbie Parker (Midland City). She lived in Headland where her mother taught elementary school and her dad worked for Alabama Power until she was in the fourth grade. They then moved to Ashford and then Dothan. She graduated from Houston Academy in 1998 and then went to Auburn University where she graduated with a degree in Building Science.

Angela has been married to Seth House for 15 years and they live in Lafayette, Alabama. They have 5 children, Ella Katherine, Reid, Sybil, Amelia and Miles. She home schools her children and works part-time from home as an estimator and project manager for a concrete contractor.
